We built the Nano Puff® Vest for climbers who needed a weather-resistant, lightweight and packable synthetic insulation layer that could stay warm even when wet and withstand seasons of use. Ever since, those same features have made it the uncontested favourite mid-layer for just about any outdoor pursuit. With fit refinements for improved mobility, 60-g PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco 100% postconsumer recycled polyester with P.U.R.E.™ (Produced Using Reduced Emissions) technology, and a 100% recycled polyester shell and lining. 

  • Lightweight 100% recycled polyester ripstop shell has a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS to shed light moisture
  • PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco 100% postconsumer recycled polyester with P.U.R.E.™ (Produced Using Reduced Emissions) technology provides excellent warmth for its weight and stays warm when wet
  • Brick quilting pattern and horizontal quilted side panels with durable, abrasion-resistant thread stabilize insulation for greater durability as an outer layer and low-profile, low-bulk layering under shells
  • Improved shoulder and armhole fit provide greater mobility and comfort; a slightly narrower fit and a longer body length offer easier layering
  • Center-front zipper has a wicking interior storm flap and a zipper garage at the chin for next-to-skin comfort
  • Two zippered handwarmer pockets have cleanly finished zipper garages; an internal zippered chest pocket doubles as a stuffsack with a reinforced carabiner clip-in loop

Drawcord-adjustable drop-tail hem seals in warmth; made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, which means the people who made this product earned a premium for their labour.

Shell: 1.4-oz 20-denier 100% recycled polyester ripstop with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS. Lining: 1.3-oz 100% recycled polyester ripstop with a DWR finish made without intentionally added PFAS. Insulation: 60-g PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco 100% postconsumer recycled polyester with P.U.R.E.™ (Produced Using Reduced Emissions) technology. Fabrics are certified as bluesign® approved. Care Instructions: Machine Wash Warm, Do Not Bleach, Tumble Dry Low, Cool Iron.
